Text Messaging Terms

The program
Creo AI Texts is the text messaging program run by Creo AI. When you agree to it, we may text the mobile number you gave us with replies to your questions, confirmations and reminders for calls you book with us, notices about your account, and occasional product updates and offers.
These terms cover text messages from Creo AI itself. A business that uses Creo to text its own customers has its own program and its own terms.
How you sign up
You join in one of two ways:
- You check the text message box on a form on getcreo.ai. The box is never checked for you.
- When we publish a keyword, you text it to our number.
Agreeing to texts is optional. It is not a condition of talking with us or of buying anything from Creo AI.
How often we text
Message frequency varies. It depends on what you ask us and what you have booked with us.
Cost
Creo AI does not charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Your carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message from us. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and then no more. You can also ask us to stop by email at the address below.
To start again, reply START.

Your number and your privacy
We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers, or text messaging consent, to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we post the new version here and change the date at the top of this page.
